Martage Collection AB (“we”, “our”, “us”) creates bespoke, handcrafted marble pieces made to order in Italy. Because each item is produced individually and with artisanal precision, our shipping procedures differ from standard retail stores.

1. Production Lead Time
All products are made to order.

Standard production lead time: 8–12 weeks

(Depending on material selection, size, and workshop capacity.)
You will receive an estimated delivery timeline when your quotation is issued.
Production begins once payment is received and your order is confirmed.

2. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via DHL Express White-Glove Delivery, which ensures premium handling and scheduled delivery. Many locations offer indoor placement, although availability may vary by country. All shipments include tracking and require a signature upon delivery.

3. Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your destination and DHL Express delivery schedules.
Because each item is custom-made, transit times may vary.
Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a DHL Express tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs
Because each order is customized, all shipping costs are:
Provided in your individual quotation
and confirmed prior to payment.
Shipping cost depends on:
destination, product weight and dimensions and level of white-glove service available in your region.
No shipping fees are charged on the website directly.

5. Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in your quotation:
All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges vary by country and are collected by local authorities.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a DHL Express tracking number, delivery updates, and contact details for DHL customer support in your region.

7. Delivery Inspection & Damage During Transit
Your order is insured during transport.
Please inspect the packaging and item upon delivery.
If any damage appears, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing:

Include: Photos of the packaging, photos of the damaged item and your order number.
We will handle the insurance claim with DHL and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

8. Shipping Restrictions
We ship worldwide.
However, certain remote regions may have limited white-glove delivery options.
We will notify you if any adjustments are needed for your location.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional fees resulting from incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, or re-delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
